The building blocks of your child’s body should be as strong and
pure as possible. We invest a tremendous amount of time and energy to
ensure that high-quality foods are always provided.

meals consists of organic produce, organic whole grains, age
appropriate spices and herbs and of course time and love. We never use
frozen or canned products. Our menu is always age appropriate regarding
ingredients and serving size. Children receive the daily amount of
vegetables as not only part of the meal, but also blending them into
our sauces.
Each meal is served with organic milk and water.

Helpful feeding information for your preschooler:
Preschool-aged children are still developing their eating habits and
need encouragement to eat healthy meals and snacks. These children are
eager to learn, and will often imitate the eating behaviors of
adults.They need supervision at mealtime and are still learning chewing
and swallowing skills.
The following are helpful mealtime tips for preschoolers:
- Provide scheduled snacks and mealtimes and limit unplanned eating.
- Focus on eating and don’t allow playing at the dinner table or with the food.
- Offer a variety of food; it’s best for your child to have a diverse food palette as soon as they can.
- Make mealtime pleasant. Don’t force your child to clean his or her
plate. Teaching them to stop when they are full will hinder overeating
later in life.
- Provide healthy eating examples. Preschool age children will mimic what you eat.
