“ My son has been going at Au P’tit Monde for over a year, and we couldn't be happier! They provide a warm nurturing atmosphere that is engaging and comforting. My son is always coming home with the projects he has made or special drawings to share, and every month APM provides parents with a monthly calendar of events and activities so parents can follow along at home to reinforce what has been learned. Since starting at Au P'tit Monde we have seen such wonderful growth. They provide the daycare with many elements of traditional preschool. Not only does my son speak and understand many French words and phrases, but he has learned his colors, numbers, his alphabet, days of the week and animals, all in French. They provide the perfect balance of structure and free play, and they prepare organic snacks and wholesome lunches for the kids every day. Typically my son eats so much at lunch; he has little appetite for dinner! And, at the end of every day, we have to coerce him to leave. After having visited many daycares before deciding on Au P'tit Monde, and after having been there for over a year, I don't think you can find a more wonderful place for your little one! "

" The teachers at Au P'tit Monde are absolutely wonderful!" Everyone is nurturing and treat each child as their own. I was a little concerned before I sent my son to daycare that he would not be prepared for kindergarten but was wonderfully surprised by the program. The children have enough structure to start learning the important lessons of taking turns, sitting in a circle, recognizing their names but not so much structure that it is stressful for the children. They still have free play time and opportunities to explore their environment. The staff makes learning French fun and exciting through songs, games and play. They are truly a blessing and has made my transition back to work so much easier because I know my son is well taken care of and happy."
